You can find inspiration everywhere!

Hi there!

I just wanted to share with you some pictures and a post from Amy's blog who I follow.  Today's post shows how you really can find ideas and inspiration everywhere!

For her layout, she used the inspiration from this photo

...to create this layout...

On this picture you can see how she did a hidden pocket for her journalling.  So cute!

When looking for things to inspire you, it could be a colour combination.  It could be how it is layed out (like the pockets in the photo).  If you're not sure where to go once the inspiration hits, the CTMH How To books which you can check out and buy online on my site here are amazing for getting you started.  For someone like me who doesn't have a lot time, these are my lifesaver!  I just flip through for a layout I like the look of, then go to that page.  It tells you what sizes to cut your paper and how to lay it out!  I am HORRIBLE at printing my pictures so when I do, they often are all 4x6.  Although the book shows pictures in the layouts of different sizes, if I don't have one of the right size, I just work with what I have.  Maybe I'll put 2 pictures on the page. Or maybe I'll use a picture and  journalling square.  But those decisions are all the fussing I need to do!  LOVE THEM!!  And if you want to try them out before you buy, be sure to come to the All Day Fundraising crop I'm hosting on May 5th at the Oshawa Curling Club.  I will have all my books there for you to browse and use that day along with the rest of my tools.  Go to my calendar for more details here and check out the event on May 5th.

Be sure to check out Amy's blog here. And if you don't already follow her, you should! I promise you will get lots of great ideas from her!

Happy Scrappin'!
